Biography

Oscar Malagón is a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma of Querétaro and has more than 16 years of experience serving national and international clients in the automotive, agricultural, livestock, real estate, and services sectors.

He has participated in the review of compliance with tax provisions, preparation of opinions, and requests for tax refunds, among others. In addition, he has participated in various company restructurings and operations of  IMMEX companies.

Oscar is currently a tax director in the León office with extensive experience in resource management and optimization, project coordination, and problem-solving.
