Biography

Israel Lugo Chávez is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the School of Accounting and Administration at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

With 20 years of professional experience, Israel began his career as a junior associate at two Big Four firms and has since held key leadership roles, demonstrating his ability to lead high-performing teams and align them effectively with strategic business objectives. His specialization in Social Security, combined with his expertise in managing and executing complex client engagements, has been fundamental to his professional success.

He is primarily responsible for managing statutory audits related to Social Security, INFONAVIT, and Local Payroll Taxes, serving as an external auditor for renowned companies such as Grupo Bimbo, Grupo ICA, Yakult, Grupo Vidanta, CBRE, WeWork, and Nacional Monte de Piedad, among others.

As a results-oriented professional with a proven track record, Israel has consistently driven operational excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and people-focused productivity initiatives. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

A key strength is his ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with clients, reflecting his commitment to delivering timely and efficient solutions. To achieve this, he leverages innovative technologies and works closely with the Information Technology (IT) team to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
