Biography

Carlos is a Public Accountant from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo León. He also completed two master’s degree in Tax Strategies from the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants of Nuevo León and in Financial Accounting in Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo León.

He currently serves as Tax Director at the Monterrey JA Del Rio office.

For more than twelve years, Carlos has advised foreign and national companies that want to do business in Mexico of different sizes and industries, including but not limited to the maquiladora (IMMEX), trading, manufacturing, construction, and service industries and has experience in USA tax calculations.

His specialty is national corporate tax and VAT tax compliance as well as advice to manufacturing and maquiladora companies (IMMEX).
