She has more than 14 years of experience in payroll, human resources, and an extensive knowledge in applying and interpreting the Federal Labor Act, the Social Security Act, and the Law of the National Housing Fund for Workers, [in Spanish: Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley del Seguro Social, and Ley del INFONAVIT respectively] and their corresponding regulations; as well as payroll tax experience from different states in Mexico.
Before joing JA del Río, Ariana built her career in the Big Four, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Baja California [in Spanish: la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California]. Moreover, she earned a Certificate Course in Human Resource Management from the Center for Technical Higher Education University in Tijuana [in Spanish: Cetys Universidad].
