Ariana Flores is a Labor Director with over 16 years of experience advising companies on payroll, social security, and labor compliance matters in Mexico. She specializes in the interpretation and application of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law, and payroll-related tax regulations, with a strategic approach focused on risk mitigation and process optimization.
Throughout her career, she has worked with national and multinational companies, particularly within the maquiladora and service industries, supporting organizations with workforces of up to 7,000 employees. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects related to payroll outsourcing, REPSE compliance, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Prior to joining JA Del Río, Ariana developed her career at a Big Four firm, where she participated in high-impact projects involving social security, payroll taxes, and labor due diligence, as well as internal control assessments and handling requirements from authorities such as IMSS and INFONAVIT. She also has international experience in Germany, participating in global mobility and expatriate tax compliance projects.
Ariana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and has completed diplomas in Human Resources Management, as well as Public Speaking, Leadership, and Communication.
