Biography

Francisco is a Public Accountant from the University of Guadalajara and has a diploma in International Taxation from the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants of Guadalajara Jalisco. 

He has been a tax specialist for over 10 years, serving foreign clients companies from several industries, including maquiladora companies (IMMEX), software development and technology (Startups), construction, and companies related to the automotive sector.

His practice includes tax compliance, IMMEX compliance, the National Registry of Foreign Investments, treaties to avoid double taxation, attention to audits, and tax refunds.
