Biography

Jairo is a Certified Public Accountant by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants. He graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute. He holds a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has extensive experience in International Auditing Standards.

He has over 13 years of experience conducting audits for public and private entities in Mexico and the United States, following the Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles of the United States (US GAAP), and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in accordance with the International Auditing Standards and PCAOB. For two years, he worked at the Columbus, OH office in the United States, conducting audits for one of the Big Four firms.

He has a broad experience across various sectors, including services, manufacturing, wholesalers, hospitality, and broadcasting entities, among others.
