Biography

Rubén Amado has over 12 years of experience in the tax field, working in sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, consumer market, and pharmaceuticals. For more than 8 years, he worked at Big 4 firms, where he gained expertise in corporate taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and international taxes. He has participated in over 100 tax due diligence projects and has provided tax advisory and compliance services for multinational companies. Rubén has led and collaborated on the implementation of tax strategies that minimize risks and ensure the fulfillment of companies' tax obligations.

Rubén holds a degree in Accounting from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. He is currently the Tax Director at the Guadalajara office for JA Del Río, strengthening his reputation as an expert in his field and a leader in strategic tax management at both national and international levels.
