Biography

Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad de Guadalajara. He has a master’s degree in Tax Analysis from the same institution and a diploma in international taxes from ITAM-Duke University.

He has specialized in helping foreign companies do business in Mexico, particularly in the electronics, construction, and retail industries, in areas such as the application of international treaties and taxes.

He is currently partner in charge of Mexico City office.
