She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from the National Polytechnic Institute. With over 17 years of experience as a tax advisor in Corporate Taxes, International Taxes, and Transactions, she spent 14 years in Big Four firms.

Standing out as a lead tax advisor in M&A services, she has provided her expertise to clients in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Germany, and Brazil. Her expertise includes corporate restructurings, share transfers, due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), tax compliance, deferred taxes, as well as the establishment of new businesses in Mexico.
