Biography

Montserrat graduated as a Public Accountant from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico City and holds a Diploma in Taxes and Legal Services from the Universidad Panamericana.

With over 13 years of experience in national and international tax consulting, acquired at Big Fours. Montserrat has participated in national and international corporate restructures, mergers, spin-offs, share sales, acquisitions, trusts, due diligence, M&A procedures, compliance, tax consulting, deferred taxes, and analysis of the application of international treaties, among others.

Member of the Colegio de Contadores and member of the International Tax Commission of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants CDMX.
