Agreement of the technical council ACDO.AS2.HCT.151220 / 340.P.DPES | It authorizes the proactive judgment strategy's implementation as a work risk for affiliated companies who died or with sequelae due to suffering from severe forms of COVID-19 during the contingency period.

On January 8, 2021, the Technical Council of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) publishes in the Official Gazette of the Federation the agreement by which the following is established:

• The Directorate of Economic and Social Benefits is authorized to implement the proactive judgment strategy as a work risk for workers of affiliated companies who have died or with sequels due to suffering from severe forms of  COVID-19 during the contingency period. The strategy must be carried out until the General Health Council's health emergency ends through an Agreement published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 30, 2020.

• The Directorate of Economic and Social Benefits, in collaboration with the Directorate of Medical Benefits, will deploy a training program for the medical personnel of the Mexican Institute of Social Security on the Guidelines for Detection of Work Risk by COVID-19.

• This Agreement will be carried out as of December 15, 2020, the date on which was approved, without prejudice to its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation ".
