Finance and Accounting Lead Partner, LATAM at JA Del Río, with over twenty years of experience driving operational transformation and regulatory compliance across the region. She combines deep technical expertise in US GAAP and IFRS with a strategic vision to standardize processes, strengthen internal controls, and elevate the quality of financial information, serving as a trusted liaison between technical teams and executive committees.

She led the design and implementation of two proprietary web-based tools recognized for their innovation in preparing estimated tax payments and managing statutory compliance obligations. Her leadership — grounded in results, clear communication, and corporate citizenship — enhance the firm’s capability to deliver integrated, sustainable services while fostering talent development and retention throughout the regional practice.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Universidad de Guadalajara, with diplomas in Taxation, Cost Accounting, IFRS, and Management Skills Development, as well as a Tax Specialization from the Universidad Panamericana.
