Biography

Eduardo Pérez is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years of experience in financial and tax auditing. He has a strong background in the planning, management, and execution of financial statement audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).

Throughout his professional career, Eduardo has conducted audit processes across various industries, including automotive, construction, real estate, and agriculture/livestock, specializing in financial statement audits, tax-related audits, and preparation of tax reports.

Eduardo graduated in Public Accounting from the University of Guanajuato and worked for a Big Four firm, where he honed his skills in auditing and regulatory compliance. He is certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, registered with the Federal Tax Audit General Administration (AGAFF), and holds certifications in IFRS and US GAAP.

Eduardo Pérez currently serves as the Audit Director for the León office.
