Lidia Luévano has more than 13 years of experience in matters related to foreign trade and customs, management, and the creation of new companies. Her other areas of expertise are supply chains and general consultancy concerning foreign trade, among others. She draws on her vast experience from different maquiladora and manufacturing industries, as well as from educational institutions and tax consulting (The Big 4).
Lidia has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León [in Spanish: la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León]. She holds a Master’s degree in Senior Management from EBC, a prestigious business school in Mexico, which has provided her extensive experience in international trade. Moreover, she has been invited as a guest speaker in the Mexican-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, the Mexican-Argentinian Chamber of Commerce, and the National Council of the Maquiladora and Manufacturing Export Industry, [in Spanish: la Cámara México Brasil, (CAMEBRA), la Cámara de Comercio Mexicano Argentina (CCMA), and el Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportación (INDEX), respectively]; among others.
She is currently the Foreign Trade Director of the Monterrey office for JA Del Río, where she oversees and coordinates auditing and consulting activities relating to international trade and customs, and provides support to meet the different needs of clients, such as Annex 24 and Annex 30 inventory control, [in Spanish: Anexo 24 and Anexo 30 respectively], and procedures and certifications including various authorities, as well as international trade development programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, R8, etc); and international treaties.
