Biography

Miguel Parra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from the University of Guadalajara. He completed a course on U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).In addition, he enhanced his managerial skills through a Diploma Program in this field offered by Kusel & Associates. His incorporation into JA Del Río in 2024, within the financial area, marked the beginning of more than 10 years of professional experience.

Miguel has extensive experience in managing financial information under Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). He has actively participated in special projects, including the implementation of accounting software for national and international clients.

He currently serves as Director of Finance and Accounting at the Guadalajara office.
