Biography

Certified Business Administrator from Universidad Externado de Colombia and Specialist in Management Systems and Quality Administration from Universidad Santo Tomás. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Barcelona.

Throughout his more than 18-year professional career, Reinaldo has participated in and led high-impact projects in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business valuation, and project financing for multinational companies in Latin America, with a special focus on the infrastructure and telecommunications sectors. His experience includes strategic roles in the development of landmark projects such as the Bogotá Metro, El Dorado Airport in Bogotá, various road infrastructure projects under PPP (Public-Private Partnership) schemes, and he has worked as a financial and strategy expert with startups and VC funds.
