After the different debates within the Constitutional Court, this Corporation has decided to declare the Law 1943 of 2018 (Financing Law) unenforceable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Court has also decided that its decision would have a deferred effect, so it will be only from January 1, 2020 that the regulations eliminated or modified by the Financing Law will come into force again, unless the National Government present a new Tax Reform before the Congress of the Republic for approval before the end of the current year.
