Biography

Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP). Graduate of the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes with a Master’s in Business Administration, concentration in Finance. Holds a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She has experience with the International Standards on Auditing, IFRS, and audits under PCAOB standards for public companies in the United States.

She has more than 13 years of experience in auditing, participating in the development, monitoring, and supervision of various audit engagements for public and private companies, primarily in the manufacturing, automotive, and financial industries, serving as Senior Auditor and Manager. Special engagements carried out include IFRS adoption projects, evaluation and implementation of internal control, consolidation of financial statements, and agreed-upon procedures, among others.
