Biography

Public Accountant from the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) and a Master degree in Business Administration in Finance. She is certified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)  with experience in International Auditing Standards, and Audits under PCAOB standards for public entities in the United States of America. 

She has more than 12 years of experience in auditing, participating in the development, monitoring and supervision of different audit engagements for public and private companies, mainly from the manufacturing, automotive and financial industries; in the positions of Senior Auditor and Manager.  She has deep experience in IFRS adoption work, evaluation and implementation of internal control, consolidation of financial statements, agreed upon procedures, among others.
