Biography

Arnoldo holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and another in Legal Sciences from the Universidad Regiomontana, as well as a Master's degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. His expertise spans a broad range of skills, from managing provisional payments and refunds to providing tax consultancy on both national and international levels. He has been involved in merger, spin-off, and restructuring processes, as well as handling refund and compensation procedures.

With a distinguished professional trajectory, he even took part in a special project in Poland while working at one of the "Big Four," providing support for operations involving investments in Mexico. His participation in international trade forums in the region highlights his global perspective.

With over 13 years of experience focused on tax consultancy for both national and international operations in the automotive, manufacturing, and commercial sectors, Arnoldo demonstrates his leadership and expertise as a tax partner at JA Del Río's office in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
