Cesar Alatorre has over 15 years of experience, having held key roles in renowned international firms where he has managed a wide range of responsibilities, from reviewing and presenting tax returns to consulting on treaties to avoid double taxation. Currently, He is a Tax Partner at the Guadalajara office of JA Del Río, where he leads tax consulting and strategic tax planning initiatives, contributing to clients' tax efficiency and long-term business success. His experience is complemented by active participation in professional associations and the completion of specialized courses, consolidating his reputation as an expert in the tax field.

Cesar is a Public Accountant from the National Polytechnic Institute, with a specialization and master's degree in taxes from the College of Public Accountants of Guadalajara Jalisco. He holds a diploma in International Taxation. His solid academic background and continuous training in tax matters have made him an expert in tax consulting and advisory, focusing on tax optimization and planning, as well as corporate restructuring and procedures before the Tax Administration Service (SAT).
