Biography

Gabriela is a Public Accountant from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). She also completed a master’s degree in Business Administration at the Monterrey campus of EGADE Business School.

For over fifteen years, Gabriela has advised foreign companies from various industries, such as manufacturing companies, maquiladoras, retail companies, service companies, and set up and startup companies, providing advice on deferred taxes, treaties to avoid double taxation, attention to tax audits, and tax refunds, among others. 

Gabriela Gaytán is the Tax Director for the Monterrey office at JA Del Río.
