Biography

Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica de Colombia, with an MBA and a master’s degree in human resources management from EUDE Business School. She is also a specialist in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Sergio Arboleda.

She has over 15 years of experience in payroll and human resources management. She has led key processes such as client onboarding, SLA definition, KPI tracking, and regulatory compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality standards.

She is a specialist in recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, talent development, performance evaluation, accounting processes, electronic payroll, and the management of complex payroll structures (multisectoral, regional, and time-controlled). Her professional background includes supporting audits, reconciliations, gross-up calculations, and providing advisory services to both multinational and national companies.
