Biography

Renata Aguilar is a Tax Partner at JA Del Río, focusing her practice on addressing domestic and international corporate taxes. She possesses experience in different tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Renata has worked as a consultant at Big Four firms, serving companies in the maquiladora, automotive, and aerospace sectors. Furthermore, her collaboration within the private industry, working for significant multinational companies, has allowed her to gain experience in diverse tax matters, such as managing audits and implementing process improvements for tax compliance.

As a member of the Tax Committee at JA Del Río, she actively participates in sessions to define signing criteria, conducts webinars related to pertinent tax topics for clients and partners, and provides training to the Firm's staff through technical meetings, courses, and newsletters.

Regarding her academic achievements, Renata graduated with honors as a Master in Tax Law and Tax Administration from the Universidad Anahuac. Additionally, she holds a Specialization in Taxation from the same university, a Diploma in Taxation from the Universidad Panamericana, and a diploma in the Legal, Corporate, and Accounting Study of Money Laundering and its Prevention.
