AGREEMENT DOF: 11/01/2021 | VOLUNTARY JOB VERIFICATION PROGRAM.
The Federal Official Gazette published on November 1, 2021, an Agreement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare notifying the creation of the Voluntary Labor Verification program.
The purpose of this program is for employers to voluntarily report to the Labor Authority their level of compliance with:
- General Working Conditions.
- Development and Training.
- Security and health.
- Other labor aspects.
The information provided by employers will be used by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare to verify compliance with labor regulations, and it may exempt work centers from regular inspections and obligations regulated by labor legislation.
This Agreement will enter into force the day after its publication in the Federal Official Gazette.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare will provide access to the program through the Internet page: http://pvlv.stps.gob.mx/ according to the requirements outlined in the guidelines issued within sixty calendar days after the entry into force of this Agreement.
