1. Through judgment C-197/23 of June 6th, 2023, the Colombian Constitutional Court declared the requirement of 1,300 weeks of contributions unenforceable for women to obtain the old-age pension under the medium premium regime. It will have a reduction from 1,300 weeks to 1,000 gradually. 

As of December 31st, 2025, the Congress of the Republic, in coordination with the National Government, will adopt measures for the right to an old-age pension considering a gender approach that will favor women heads of household.   

If Congress does not take the measures after this period, the weeks will decrease by 50 weeks; from January 1st, 2027, it will decrease by 25 weeks until reaching 1,000.

2. The Draft Resolution “By which some employers are ordered to update the authorization to work overtime" is in process before the Ministry of Labor.” 

Through this draft resolution, it is sought that employers with authorization to pay overtime will have a term of 3 months to process the update before the Ministry of Labor of said authorization if it exceeds. During the established period, the authorizations will lose validity; not having the corresponding approvals may bring sanctions for companies.

3. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection issues Resolution 728 of May 19th, 2023, through which the condition for Actuarial Calculations defines through the PILA form. 

The Type Z form is created for the actuarial calculation due to omission in pensions, valid as of June 1st, 2023; one contributor can be settled, and PILA operators will connect with the actuarial calculation technological toolwww.soyactuario.com.co to consult the corresponding values.
