1.The Ministry of Labor issues Law 2101 of July 15th, 2021, by which the reduction of the working day is notified.
The reduction of the working day is described gradually; the maximum duration of the ordinary working day will be 42 hours a week by the year 2024.

2.The Ministry of Labor issues Decree 1334 of July 27th, 2018, through which the SENA´s apprentice quota is regulated.
The conditions of the apprentice quota are established for companies that have more than 15 employees, companies may present the information in July and January or March and September.

3.The Congress of the Republic of Colombia issued Law 2191 on January 6th, 2022, through which labor disconnection is regulated.
Companies must regulate an internal policy that defines the guidelines to follow for labor disconnection; likewise, there are some exceptions, such example management positions, trust, and management.

4.The Congress of the Republic of Colombia issued Law 2225 on June 30th, 2022, establishing new economic support for unemployed people.
Through this, companies are obliged to report their vacancies to the Public Employment Service, and the economic benefits provided by the Family Compensation Funds as a Mechanism for the Protection of the Unemployed are described.
