Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from the University of Guadalajara, as well as a Specialization in Taxation and a Master’s Degree in Taxation. He also completed a postgraduate program in International Tax Law Update at Maastricht University.
He served as President of the International Tax Committee of the Guadalajara Institute of Public Accountants for the 2024–2025 term. In addition, he has been a speaker at various specialized tax forums and is the author of numerous articles on taxation in Mexico.
Currently, he teaches Taxation in the graduate program leading to a Master’s Degree at the Guadalajara Institute of Public Accountants.
Throughout his professional career, he has advised both domestic and multinational companies on tax and international taxation matters. His experience has been particularly focused on the taxation of IMMEX service companies, as well as organizations operating in the technology, manufacturing, alcoholic beverages, food, startup, and fintech sectors.
Additionally, he is a member of the Tax Committees of INDEX and the American Chamber of Commerce.
