In order to keep you informed regarding the vacation periods of the tax and customs authorities, please be advised that on July 17, 2025, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the Agreement establishing the first vacation period of the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM) for the year 2025, which will run from July 21 to August 1, 2025.

Accordingly, it is important to reiterate that during this period, legal deadlines and timeframes will not be counted for any actions, procedures, or processes conducted before the administrative units of ANAM, in accordance with Article 12 of the Federal Fiscal Code.

Therefore, we recommend that you take this period into account for the proper planning of your procedures.
