On June 3, 2025, the Agreement requiring an Automatic Export Notice for goods classified under the following tariff items was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
Following the publication of the Agreement, various institutions expressed concerns regarding the potential impacts this measure could have on the industry. In response, the Ministry of Economy issued Official Letter No. 516.2025.185, through which it was determined to postpone the entry into force of the Agreement until July 7, 2025. It was also announced that applications for the Automatic Export Notice may be submitted starting June 30, 2025.
Additionally, the Ministry of Economy published Bulletin B.SNICE 004/2025, which details the available contact channels for managing the corresponding procedures and an additional email address to address questions related to the process. The bulletin also includes specific considerations for submitting notice applications.
In this regard, it is important to highlight that the email address provided in the Automatic Export Notice form must have been previously registered with the Ministry to receive notifications per Rule 1.3.5. of the Rules and Criteria on Foreign Trade Matters.
Official Letter No. 516.2025.185 and Bulletin B.SNICE 004/2025 are attached for reference.
