1. Incident log and major accident report, related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System – as its acronym in Spanish - SG-SST
In accordance with Resolution 1890 of May 2, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Labor, which establishes the procedure for recording major incidents and accidents.
1. This applies to private and public companies with facilities classified under Decree 1347 of 2021, the "Major Accident Prevention Program."
2. A significant accident is considered when there is:
(i) Death.
(ii) Injuries with 24 hours or more of hospitalization.
(iii) Interruption of drinking water services.
(iv) Environmental damage.
3. Incidents are classified into four levels:
(i) Level One (1) Serious: Spills of uncontrolled substances.
(ii) Level two (2): Disabling injuries, fires, or explosions amounting to 10 minimum wages.
(iii) Level three (3): Uncontrolled minors.
(iv) Level four (4): Operational discipline
4. The report to the Ministry of Labor must be submitted no more than 24 hours after a significant incident or accident.
5. The Ministry of Labor will establish a technological tool to complete the report.
