On April 8, 2025, the Ministry of Labor issued Resolution 624, adopting the signage manual for 100% smoke-free environments and aerosols emitted by substitutes and imitators.

i. This manual applies to owners, employers, and administrators regarding the locations defined in Article 19 of Law 1335 of 2009 (public and private entities, closed spaces open to the public, educational and health centers, among others).

ii. The deadline for making the corresponding adjustments and modifications will be six (6) months from the issuance of this resolution.

iii. New signage:

• Strategic location.

• Colors, measurements, and official text.

• Type of environments where signage must be posted.
